Brad Moore brings an extensive management background to the Outrepreneurs team. He was twice nominated for the Ernst & Young Canadian Entrepreneur of the Year award while CEO of a Calgary based company that developed, built and sold computer controlled machinery with installations in 60 countries worldwide. His companies have been the recipient of many awards including the Calgary Export Achievement award and the Coolest Business in Alberta award. Brad is a McMaster University Letterman. He has lead companies from startup to eight figure valuations and facilitated business owner exits leading to multi-million dollar payouts. 

Brad has a unique ability to recognize the core of a business’s value potential and the hands-on expertise to assist business owners in reshaping management strategy, operational planning and execution to maximize that value to benefit the exiting owner. Including corporate management, business valuation and due-diligence, his hands-on experience emphasize sales, marketing, product and business development and lean manufacturing. He has experience maneuvering through perils on both sides of business ownership transfers: from Outrepreneurs to Entrepreneurs back to Outrepreneurs. Brad brings a practical approach to packaging a business so it appeals to the business buyer while maximizing the dollar value for the seller.
