Assessment Phase

Our Assessment Phase provides clarity to a company's value proposition through in-depth analysis and aligns corporate direction with an owner's exit time horizon. By using our models and applying strategic thought to the business value proposition we are able to isolate and ultimately distill a corporate DNA. This DNA brings consistency to your message and becomes the unifier which clarify's your corporate image to both clients and potential buyers. It is in this phase where we assess and "run your numbers" to provide the business with an enbloc notion of value in line with the owner's realistic expectations, chosen exit strategy and legacy. Based on the selected path we identify "concentration" points that will help "capture" value and facilitate a future sale. This is done working back from the selected exit.
